Each Growth and Pro customer receives their own dedicated business phone number for client messaging. (269) 225-6940 is BuiltAxis Digital's own contact line and is not used for client messaging. Phone number rental, SMS/MMS, calling usage, A2P registration, and carrier charges are billed separately unless expressly included in your agreement. All calling and SMS features are subject to number availability, carrier approval, messaging registration, and applicable consent requirements.
All plans require a one-time setup fee and are billed month-to-month with no long-term service commitment, subject to the cancellation notice requirements in your signed customer agreement. Final pricing may vary based on project scope and customization. Domain registration and renewal charges, premium domains, phone number rental, SMS/MMS and calling usage, A2P registration, email, AI usage, advertising, and third-party services may incur additional charges. Full terms are provided before purchase. Service features are subject to applicable setup and platform availability.
Domain Setup & Configuration Included
Already have a domain? We'll connect it to your new website. Don't have one? BuiltAxis Digital can handle the domain registration and setup process for you. Either way, we make getting your business online simple.
Option A — Use Your Existing Domain
Already own a domain? We'll configure the DNS settings and connect it to your new website at no additional setup service charge.
Option B — Let Us Handle Everything
Don't have a domain? We'll help select an available domain, arrange registration, configure DNS, and connect it to your website. There is no additional BuiltAxis Digital service fee for standard domain setup under an active website package.
Domain registration, renewal, premium domain, and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in your written agreement. Domain availability and registration are not guaranteed until completed.
Whether you already own your domain or choose to have BuiltAxis Digital handle the setup, you retain ownership of your registered business domain. We handle the technical details so you can focus on running your business.
Customer domains are registered in the customer's name or business name, with appropriate account and transfer arrangements. Domain ownership remains with the customer even if they discontinue BuiltAxis Digital services.
Managed website design, hosting & ongoing service
BuiltAxis Digital provides managed website design, setup, hosting, and ongoing digital services through monthly subscription packages.
What's included
- The one-time setup fee covers initial website design, configuration, and launch.
- The monthly subscription covers the services included in your selected package.
- Website hosting is included while your subscription is active.
- You retain ownership of your domain, branding, and original content.
Important note
The setup fee does not automatically purchase a transferable copy of the website project or underlying platform. Customers retain ownership of their domain, branding, and original content, subject to applicable agreements and licensing restrictions.
Need Only Your Website? Keep It Online for $49/Month.
Existing BuiltAxis Digital customers who no longer need CRM, automation, or marketing services can downgrade to our website-only hosting plan for $49 per month. This is a downgrade option for existing customers, not a new standalone website development package.

Do I need to purchase my own domain?
No. You can use a domain you already own or have BuiltAxis Digital handle domain registration and setup for you. Standard domain configuration assistance is included with all website packages. Registration and renewal costs may apply.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Absolutely. We'll help connect your existing domain to your new website.
Will I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain remains yours, even if you cancel BuiltAxis Digital services.
Are there long-term contracts?
No long-term service commitment is required. Our packages are billed month-to-month, with cancellation terms explained in your service agreement.
Does my plan include a business phone number?
The Starter package does not include a dedicated business phone number or SMS features. Growth and Pro customers each receive their own dedicated business phone number for client calls and messaging, with eligibility for missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, and automated SMS follow-ups. Client messaging does not run through BuiltAxis Digital's contact line. Phone number rental, SMS/MMS, calling usage, A2P registration, and carrier charges are billed separately unless expressly included in your agreement.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
BuiltAxis Digital offers flexible month-to-month plans. If you cancel your full-service subscription, you may keep your website online through our $49/month website-only hosting plan. If you choose not to continue hosting, your website will be taken offline after the cancellation and transition period specified in your agreement. Your domain and original business content remain yours.
Do I own the website?
BuiltAxis Digital provides managed website design and hosting services. You retain ownership of your business domain, branding, and original content. The hosted website project and platform-specific configurations are not automatically transferred when a subscription ends.
Can I move my website to another provider?
Your domain can be pointed to another provider. Moving the website itself may require redevelopment because of platform limitations. We can discuss available migration options before cancellation.
